Project: E-commerce Sales Dashboard – Power BI

Project Description: This Power BI project was developed to provide the management team of an e-commerce company with a comprehensive, real-time view of their sales performance. The goal was to create an interactive dashboard that helps stakeholders make informed decisions by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), such as total sales, revenue, customer acquisition, product performance, and regional trends.
